About

B.D. Cook is a voice actor based in Plymouth, Indiana where he was born and raised. It’s also where he and his amazingly supportive wife are raising their three fantastic children while sharing his love for anime, classic animation, modern animation, comics, manga, science fiction and fantasy with a future generation. He is also a proud advocate for mental health, hence the green text used in his mission statement above.

As a television and radio broadcast engineer for the last 16 years, he has acquired knowledge and skills that have been very useful in his voice acting career. Especially, when building his own home broadcast quality studio. In this comfortable and well treated space, B.D. is able to deliver superior audio quality and genuine performances for everything from commercials and narration to animation and video games.

Character work is B.D.’s first love. With his talents in voice matching, he has been called the next up and coming “Frank Welker” by friends and colleagues.
